Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward any purchase on graceandthread.shop. Gift cards have no expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a gift card is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for unauthorized use. Gift card balances are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
